Laundry Pickup & Delivery Booking

Choose a time between 7 am and 9 am. Your requested pickup date and time will be confirmed by Little Laundry Goose. Delivery times are agreed separately.

Need to change or cancel a pickup? Please contact me as soon as possible. Include your name, order number if you have one, and the pickup day. I’ll confirm the cancellation or let you know whether your requested change is available. Call or text 0494 550 187, or email littlelaundrygoose@gmail.com.

Weekly repeat customers receive free pickup and delivery while using the service regularly. No long-term contract is required. Please let me know if you need to skip a week. If bookings become occasional, the standard pickup and delivery fee may apply again.

Minimum standard laundry order: $30, equivalent to 5 kg.

Blankets and doonas are priced separately from standard laundry.

Don’t worry if you’re unsure: I will weigh your laundry after collection and confirm your final total, including any agreed extras.

Standard pickup and delivery: $10

FREE pickup and delivery applies if either condition is met:

• Orders of 20 kg or more, or
• Regular weekly repeat customers

Payment is due on or before delivery. Cash can be paid at handover. For electronic payments, please allow time for the funds to arrive. Safe-drop deliveries require payment to be received before laundry is left. If you select cash and safe drop, I’ll contact you to agree an attended handover or another payment method.

I’ll send the payment details with your final total. No payment is taken through this form.

• I have emptied all pockets.
• I have advised Little Laundry Goose of any known delicate, damaged or special-care items, including new or colour-risk garments.
• I understand stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
• I understand the standard turnaround target is approximately 24 hours, but larger orders, bulky items, ironing, weather or special-care requirements may require additional time.
