Little Laundry Goose is run by Laila in Alexandra Hills. This notice explains how the current enquiry and pickup-request forms use your details.

What you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, suburb and question. The pickup form also asks for contact and collection details, your laundry choices, care instructions, preferred payment method and care agreement.

Why I need it

I use these details to reply to you, arrange collection and delivery, care for your laundry, calculate your order total and communicate about payment. Please only include information relevant to your laundry or enquiry. Do not enter card details, banking passwords or other account login information.

Sending your request

When you choose Send enquiry or Send pickup request, the details are sent through the external service FormSubmit for email delivery to littlelaundrygoose@gmail.com. Its spam check may appear before delivery. You can read FormSubmit’s privacy information or contact me directly by phone or email instead.

Requests are received in my business email inbox, and booking details may also be recorded in my business order workbook. Downloading a request saves a copy on your device; it does not send it to me. Keep any downloaded copy somewhere suitable.
